Anagbo Ahowégodo, Kpanroun AGASSOU's Kingdom was founded over 1000 years ago by one of his great grand sons HRM HOUESSOU-AHON (a warrior) son of (King) AGBANDJETO-HOUNSO which is the forefather to the present ruling king (His Royal Majesty Adomayakpo Affanou Kpodekon) he lived long after he successfully got in power, and his Son Zossou Kloko took over after the founder’s death and maintained the throne for some quality years as a king and left to heaven 600 years ago and his own sons and grandsons were not able to continue with the legacy till Affanou which is one of his great grandsons came into the picture fought and brought back the kingdom under St AGASSOU's power and influence and became head of The Leopard King Of Africa's kingdom in West Africa Abomey-Calavi Anagbo Ahowégodo, Kpanroun Republic of Benin without sitting on the throne as a king but was acknowledged and respected, he gave birth to many children but they all became devoted Christians and brought Churches into the kingdom and the traditions and culture was forgotten by Affanou sons, which Missigbètô Théophille klokô who brought first Celestial Church St Samuel is one of them, the prophet of the St Samuel's Church of Anagbo Ahowegodo Kpanroun village is still alive and is the biological father of the present king H.R.M. Adomayakpo Affanou Kpodekon decedant of The Leopard king of Africa AGASSOUVI’s dynasty of Allada.
